What This Role Is Really About
You'll be joining a creative team that works across the full spectrum of design — from visual identity and web to UX/UI and social media. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision. You'll bring your own ideas, push creative boundaries and help shape how our clients show up in the world. Every project is a chance to do something worth putting in your portfolio.
What You'll Be Creating
Brand & Media Design
- Develop compelling design solutions for both digital and print — from campaigns to corporate collateral
- Craft visual identities, logos and CI systems that are distinctive, consistent and built to last
- Bring a strategic eye to brand thinking, not just aesthetic sensibility
Web Design
- Design websites that are as beautiful as they are intuitive
- Balance visual impact with usability — because a stunning site that nobody can navigate isn't a success
UX/UI Design
- Ensure every digital touchpoint delivers a seamless, enjoyable experience across all devices
- Think in user journeys, not just screen layouts
- Bridge the gap between great design and real-world functionality
Social Media Design
- Create scroll-stopping visuals for social campaigns, posts and digital content
- Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into on-brand creative that actually performs
Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow designers, developers and marketing specialists to bring ideas to life
- Communicate a consistent brand message across every channel — with clarity and creativity
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or a comparable qualification — and/or solid agency experience that speaks for itself
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, craft and a strong point of view
- Confident command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Figma
- A good feel for responsive web design and UI/UX principles — whether that's foundational or well-developed
- An instinct for social media trends and visual communication in digital spaces
- The ability to work independently, integrate well into a team and find smart solutions under pressure
- Strong German and/or Italian skills
- Experience in the tourism sector is a bonus — but far from essential
