Shape Growth. Develop People. Build Organisation.
We're growing fast — and we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment. Not a caretaker of HR processes, but a builder. Someone who thinks commercially, invests in relationships, and has a instinct for putting the right people in the right place at the right time. If you see People & Organisation as a strategic powerhouse rather than a back-office function, read on.
What This Role Is Really About
You'll own how SiMedia shows up as an employer — how we attract talent, how we develop our people, and how we evolve as an organisation. This is a role with real influence and real responsibility. It suits someone who is equally comfortable in a leadership conversation and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
What You'll Be Driving:
Employer Branding & Recruiting
- Get out there and find exceptional people — don't wait for them to come to you
- Build pipelines through networks, partnerships and university relationships
- Shape an employer brand that genuinely reflects who we are and where we're going
- Keep our hiring process fast, human and worth talking about
People Development
- Design learning experiences that actually stick — not checkbox training
- Make leadership development part of everyday life, not a once-a-year event
- Create programmes and formats that help people grow in ways that matter to them and to us
Organizational Development
- Help us build structures and roles that keep up with where we're heading
- Bring clarity to how we work together and who owns what
- Develop people processes that are built for agility — nothing bloated, nothing bureaucratic
HR Essentials
- Keep the fundamentals tight: contracts, compliance, day-to-day operations
- Be the person employees trust to guide them through any stage of their journey
- Manage our external partners — payroll, recruiting, L&D — with a high bar for qualityn
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in HR, with meaningful experience in a fast-moving or scale-up environment
- A commercial mindset — you think about people strategy the way a CEO thinks about the business
- The ability to zoom out and set direction, then zoom in and make it happen
- Genuine curiosity about people, and the courage to challenge how things are done
- Clear, confident communication — and the presence to back it up
Why This One's Different
There's no legacy system to maintain here. No dusty playbook to follow. You'll be building something from scratch, alongside a leadership team that actually believes people are the business. If that excites you more than it intimidates you — let's talk.
