Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with our clients and continuously expand our network
Analyse client needs, present suitable products and services, and prepare tailored proposals
Lead sales presentations and negotiations, act as a trusted point of contact for clients and build lasting customer relationships
Work closely with our Consulting / Project Management, Marketing and Product Development teams to create tailored solutions for our clients
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
We are looking for an engaged, structured and communicative personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong instinct for sales.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a comparable qualification and/or relevant professional experience in sales – ideally within the tourism industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident and professional presence
Experience in new business acquisition as well as managing and developing existing client relationships
A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into tailored solutions
Very good German and Italian skills – English is a plus
Experience in tourism is an advantage, but not a requirement – what matters most is your ability to inspire clients, build trust and keep the bigger picture in mind
