What You'll Be Driving

Day-to-Day IT Operations

• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks so everything runs without a hitch
• Be the go-to person for technical support requests around our Anexis tools — reliable, calm and solution-focused
• Handle hardware setup, network management and the kind of technical groundwork that keeps a business moving

Improvement & Innovation

• Identify weak spots in our existing IT infrastructure and come up with smarter ways of doing things
• Help implement new technical solutions that move our IT strategy forward
• Bring fresh thinking to processes that have always just been "good enough"

What You'll Bring

• You don't need to be a seasoned IT professional — what matters is a genuine interest in technology and a drive to keep learning
• A solid technical foundation and the curiosity to develop it further
• Analytical thinking and a natural instinct for finding practical solutions
• The ability to work independently, stay organised and keep your head when things get busy
• A people-friendly approach — you enjoy helping others and communicate clearly under pressure
• Strong German and/or Italian skills; English is a plus
